Statutory Body

Independent statutory body that systematically reviews existing laws of Bangladesh, identifies obsolete or inconsistent provisions, and recommends legal reforms and new legislation to the government. Submits reports and draft laws to the Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs for consideration.
