What Bangladesh sells, and to whom
Bangladesh's export engine is powerful and narrow. One product family carries most of it, and a handful of markets buy most of that. The same concentration that made the garment miracle possible is the country's sharpest external vulnerability, exposed to a single tariff change, a single demand shock, or the end of preferential access after graduation.
