Rules of Procedure of Parliament of the People's Republic of Bangladesh
Founding instrument1
The instrument that establishes or constitutes the body, kept where two readers agreed; quote_a and quote_b are verbatim in the saved source. national_body_legal_basis: act, ordinance, President's Order, Constitution article or Rules of Procedure, each reader's own source (url, sha256). national_body_legal_basis_aob: the body's Schedule I heading in the Allocation of Business (Revised up to February 2024), constituted under Rules of Business 1996 rule 3 (constituting_rule); both readers read the same file. national_body_legal_basis_r2: a second round of the same meaning, reader A's title and section in the shared columns and reader B's in instrument_title_b and section_or_article_b, each reader's own source. class_level: the rule constitutes a class of bodies (Rules of Procedure rule 246, standing committees on ministries) and does not name this one.

Chair or convener1
The post that chairs or convenes the committee as its constituting notification prints it, or the member parliament.gov.bd's committee list gives the chairman role; two blind readers. The holder's printed name only, where the source names one; no other personal or contact data.

Does not apply: not applicable: a committee of Parliament has no grant or operational unit of its own in the budget; the committees' spending is one joint unit (1020204, office of the parliamentary standing committees) inside the Jatiya Sangsad's grant 102, and is not allocated to any committee (Medium-Term Budget Framework FY2026-27 to FY2028-29, grant 102 Jatiya Sangsad (Ministry of Finance), table 6.1.3, operational units of grant 102 (PDF page 6); table 2.0, activities and implementing agency (PDF page 2)).
What each source budgets for the year: a gross demand for grants, an allocation, or a state-owned enterprise's own budget (income, expenditure, net profit or deficit). The tag on each line says which. None of it is spending.

Budget line through the parent body8
Counted through a parent: this body has no budget line of its own, so readiness counts the nearest ancestor's own line (registry parent, or the Division its Allocation of Business entry or agency list names, or the parent two readers agreed). The line is the parent's budget, not this body's, and not spending.

Does not apply: not applicable: a committee of Parliament has no grant or operational unit of its own; the activity that supports the committees is implemented by the Bangladesh Jatiya Sangsad Secretariat, so purchases for a committee are made by the Secretariat, not in the committee's name (Medium-Term Budget Framework FY2026-27 to FY2028-29, grant 102 Jatiya Sangsad (Ministry of Finance), table 6.1.3, operational units of grant 102 (PDF page 6); table 2.0, activities and implementing agency (PDF page 2)).

By rule: a committee of Parliament sits at the House1
By rule, not a source about this body alone: the Rules of Procedure of Parliament r.200 hold the sittings of every committee of Parliament within the precincts of the House, and the archived list of committees of the 13th Parliament prints this committee's name (two readers). The district is the House's, from the Jatiya Sangsad's own place row (entity 66).
