• Mergers and abolitions of state bodies: No merger and no body abolition notice is held in the April-September 2026 corpus. Rule repeals, July-gazette person cancellations and company windings-up are not body events.
• Ministry, division and department creations, renames and mergers: The corpus holds none: the only Rules of Business amendment found adds a Halal certification item under Religious Affairs (doc 62711), a mandate change, not a structural event.

The printed issue header and the Gazette index listing date differ once (doc 61758: header May 20, listing May 17); both are served. One header font is undecodable (doc 62631) and its issue date is the index row's, flagged date_basis.
