Caveats

• SOE amounts are lakh BDT (1 lakh = 100,000 BDT). MTMPS amounts are billion BDT. Zone amounts are million US$. SOE crore amounts are computed from the printed lakh amounts (lakh / 100), rounded to two decimals, half up; the original lakh amounts are retained in the response.
• SOE rows printed in the newer statement layout (net profit only, in the 2023-24 and 2024-25 accounts columns) are not served: income and expenditure are not printed beside them, so no identity check is possible, and their pair-grouped digits are parsed by a rule no second source confirms. They are counted, by year and Body id, under withheld.soe_unverified_layout, without their values. Of the later years only the rows in the older layout are served, so 2023-24 and 2024-25 cover fewer SOEs than 2022-23 and are not like for like.
• The default year is 2022-23, the last year with a broad SOE set. SOE rows served per year from then on: 2022-23: 31, 2023-24: 10, 2024-25: 1.
• A negative net profit is a loss. The tables served do not say whether subsidy income or tax is inside the printed net profit, so a loss here is not a measure of the subsidy paid.
• Rows are institutions only; no director, shareholder or employee is named.
