Printed findings of the Comptroller and Auditor General's audit reports (Office of the CAG) that name this body: an asset it holds, uses or built (concept cag_audited_asset), a contract it awarded (cag_audited_contract) or its total expenditure for a fiscal year (cag_reported_expenditure). finding_text is the audit paragraph as printed; its allegation is the auditor's and is not adjudicated here. Two blind readers named the same report, paragraph, page and asset, contract or amount. status is 'under_construction' where the report shows the facility still being built (status_quote), else empty. contract_value_paisa is the printed amount in paisa, exact.
