We have not yet found who leads this body in a source we can cite.
What each source budgets for the year: a gross demand for grants, an allocation, or a state-owned enterprise's own budget (income, expenditure, net profit or deficit). The tag on each line says which. None of it is spending.

The body's own budget line1
The body's own budget position as the budget route serves it: budget_lines (Budget Speech Table-5 or Demands for Grants ministry lines), the Demands-for-Grants institutional units served as this body, the units printed under the ministry or division it stands for, and the reviewed MoF division crosswalk. Allocations are budgets, not spending.

MTBF actual of the body's own budget unit15
MoF MTBF actual (প্রকৃত) of each operational code of the body's own Demands-for-Grants institutional unit: both DfG readers read the unit's printed name (title_printed_a, title_printed_b), and the name names this body (match_a, match_b: two readers). The MTBF readers agreed code, page and value; each value was re-found on the saved MTBF page (locator_verbatim). Regular actual column only (actual year = book year minus 2). The government's operating line for the body: development projects and own-source spending are not in it; nothing is summed or allocated. Rows with row_kind grant_line are instead the ministry's support line whose printed title names the body (two image readers named the line; code and value read from the page by code): the government's transfer to the body, not its own total.
