Posts the field office's own portal lists1
Post titles exactly as the field office's own portal page prints them (its officers or staff page, a profile, or the head-of-office card on its home page), read by code and by a second, blind reader that printed the same string: source_url is the page's own canonical URL, source_sha256 the raw bytes, locator the reader template. The office is attached by its registry domain. Posts only: no holder name or contact data.

What each source budgets for the year: a gross demand for grants, an allocation, or a state-owned enterprise's own budget (income, expenditure, net profit or deficit). The tag on each line says which. None of it is spending.
