Mandate inherited from the parent body1
Inherited from the parent body, not this office's own mandate: the twin serves this for the parent through the parent's own source (shown); a field office of that body carries it out. Counted apart as inherited.

Posts the field office's own portal lists6
Post titles exactly as the field office's own portal page prints them (its officers or staff page, a profile, or the head-of-office card on its home page), read by code and by a second, blind reader that printed the same string: source_url is the page's own canonical URL, source_sha256 the raw bytes, locator the reader template. The office is attached by its registry domain. Posts only: no holder name or contact data.

What each source budgets for the year: a gross demand for grants, an allocation, or a state-owned enterprise's own budget (income, expenditure, net profit or deficit). The tag on each line says which. None of it is spending.

Department of Youth Development, Demands for Grants unit 13603, operating Tk 635.90 crore, development Tk 1,141.61 croreBudget line through the parent body1
Counted through a parent: this body has no budget line of its own, so readiness counts the nearest ancestor's own line (registry parent, or the Division its Allocation of Business entry or agency list names, or the parent two readers agreed). The line is the parent's budget, not this body's, and not spending.
