Geographic coverage: 5 thanas (Uttara, Turag, Uttar Khan, Dakshin Khan, Khilkhet) plus DNCC wards 1 and 17, including Hazrat Shahjalal Airport area. Vote counts verified from Wikipedia and BSS: Jahangir 144,715, Ariful Islam 111,297, Anwar Hossain (IAB) 4,727, Mohiuddin Howladar (Independent) 3,205, Zakir Hossain JP(E) 2,557. Total valid votes 274,667 per Wikipedia; BSS cited 255,012 in an initial report (likely a partial-count figure before postal ballots). Vote shares computed from raw figures against 274,667 total: Jahangir 52.69%, Ariful 40.52%, margin 12.17 pp. Wikipedia's displayed '56.53%/43.47%' are two-candidate shares excluding minor candidates -- not used.
