High Court had ordered restoration of old boundaries, but Appellate Division cleared the new EC boundaries for Feb 12 polling. Vote count: Dhakaprotidin (Feb 13 2026) gives 213,950 winner / 75,387 runner-up; BSS gives 215,406 / 77,242. Dhakaprotidin figure reconciles with Jugantor total valid votes of 497,394 and is used here. DOB per Bangla Wikipedia (March 15 1957); tritiyomatra.com gives March 20 1959 -- Wikipedia preferred. Wealth and criminal cases: no EC affidavit data found in public sources; fields left null per EC-only rule.
