Provenance & notes
Budget figure corrected from seed: Tk 7,97,000 crore was FY2024-25 (previous administration); FY2025-26 budget is Tk 7,90,000 crore, the first nominal budget reduction in Bangladesh's history. The annual_budget_bdt field records the budget the current MoF is executing (FY2025-26 = Tk 7,90,000 crore = 790,000 x 10^7 BDT; stored as 790000000000 = 7.9 lakh crore in BDT, i.e. 7,90,000 crore). MoF has two operative divisions as of 2026: Finance Division (mof.portal.gov.bd) and Financial Institutions Division (fid.gov.bd); the former NBR is now reorganised into RPD and RMD under MoF.
