Which tax orders (SROs) hide in the scanned NBR notifications the text layer could not read, when were they issued, and how confident is the read?

Scanned tax orders. Part of what the twin can answer. Every figure below is the value the route serves, with its source; the raw response is at /api/twin/brain/taxocr.

Descriptive, sourced: no model

Basis: sourced records (URL, sha256 or locator per row), no model.

Each scan's first page (second page only when the first holds no own number) is OCR'd with tesseract ben+eng at 300 DPI; the SRO identifier and issue date are parsed from the OCR text. A row is served only when its identifier line reads at mean word confidence 60 or above and a 450 DPI second read holds the same number and year. Two rows the review found misattributed are additionally withheld at serve time (ocr_misattributed, see coverage). Counts are counts of the served rows.

Caveats
