Descriptive, sourced: no model

Basis: sourced records (URL, sha256 or locator per row), no model.

Not validated; no forecast. Each SRO's own identifier, issue date, issuing office and the acts it cites are read from the stored PDF's text layer; counts are counts of those rows. A notification's own number is the first identifier that closes with a full stop; every other identifier in the file is a cited SRO.

Where a file compiles several notifications, only the first is registered; the rest appear as cited SROs.
