Bulk tariff and supply cost are BPDB's printed single-buyer averages. The implied gap is derived from them and is a different measure from the MTMPS subsidy line (not reconciled). Retail billing per kWh is billing divided by sales, not a tariff schedule: no retail tariff schedule is held. The MTMPS table header does not state per column whether a year is actual or revised.
